Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy offers a safe place for you to connect with someone who is in your corner and can support you as you voice, understand, and release the thoughts and feelings that are taking away from the joy that you could be experiencing in life.

  • Have a safe space for self reflection, vulnerability, and exploration

  • Heal from an unhealthy relationship with yourself, your body, or your eating behaviours

  • Cope with difficult life transitions including bereavement, divorce, and parenting

  • Connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the experience of living through acceptance, compassion, and mindful presence

  • Grow in ways that support balance, self-confidence, and personal empowerment

Free 15 Min Consultations

Consultations are a great way for you to get a feel of whether we would be a good fit working together, ask any questions you have, and share what you are looking for out of therapy.

A good therapeutic fit is one of the most important factors for successful outcomes, so please feel free to advocate for what you need from a therapist. I can't be everyone's 'cup of tea', so I'm not a good fit for you, that's okay! There is no pressure to make a decision during a consult.
